“When looking for a new driving instructor (after problems with my last!) I wanted someone who would be calm, patient and someone I could have a laugh with! Mark is all three wrapped into one in a VW Golf!

I looked for someone with previous good reviews and had been recommended by a friend, and I’m glad I went with Mark.

He is very supportive and patient, and that reflects in his teaching methods, always repeating manoeuvres until I felt fully confident.

He catered to my needs, I didn’t felt I was confident with roundabouts – so we did a lesson based on them! I felt completely in control and at ease.

Due to the current situation, getting a test wasn’t the easiest so when I managed to book a cancellation, he was more than happy to do it!

As if previously had lessons before, I was always worried about driving and not feeling at ease – I dreaded starting my lessons again however I’m ecstatic that I did.

Mark was always easily contacted and worked around my busy work schedule to ensure I still got all the lesson time I needed.

I’d 110% recommend Passed Masters and Mark to friends and family!”
